The abstract deadline for the highly acclaimed series on Computational Cell Biology is just around the corner! The meeting takes place in Hinxton, UK, and is co-hosted by Cold Spring Harbor Laboratory and the Wellcome Trust. The meeting will begin in the afternoon of Wednesday February 10th (3pm), and end with a banquet on Saturday evening February 13th, with normal departure on Sunday morning February 14, 2010.

The specific goal for this meeting is to foster fruitful and creative dialogs between experimental cell biologists and mathematical - computational modelers with common interests in the regulation of cell physiology. Emphasis will be placed on areas of greatest current interest and feature topics such as cell biophysics, plant cytoskeleton, developmental patterns, and biochemical circuits. In accord with the computational theme, some sessions will be devoted to new experimental technologies and software developments.

    Session Topics:

    Biochemical circuits

    Intracellular signalling

    New tools & software

    Self-organization in cells

    Cell motility

    Patterns in development

    Cell biophysics
